There is a server issues (WHY!)

So we can't do anything till the techno dudes go over it :p

We expect the site to be back up and running by tomorrow morning

I was wondering why the forum and site weren't working, thought it was just my computer.

Thought it was mine too!

Should be up and running by tonight hopefully.

Its our server, its gone all weird and fasthosts are looking into it!

Our databases are down, so we can't host on another site and try access them.
The mail is down, yep.
Control panel is down!!

Hopefully it should be up and running sometime tomorrow.

If it is not up and running by then, we will transfer the site and more to another server.

The server failed, so yep kinda big . They are looking into it. Luckily it happened on a weekend.

They were fast at getting everything switched over, so you lot knew we were still alive and didn't disappear . They have hardly any techno dudes working on weekends. But I am gonna bug them a bit later

Yep, its only fair.

We will be crediting everyones accounts (Who claim by email/livehelp) with the (x) amount of days outage.

and they will be instantly approved

Its a bit easier for us. As we might just credit inactive accounts and that aint fair.

We have lost a load in this downtime. And the cost is a load too lol
